This morning, I return to myself.
Say it softly.
You don’t have to force anything.
You don’t have to perform for anyone.
You don’t need to fix everything right away.
This morning is not a test.
This morning is a homecoming.
You may have been pulled in many directions —
by people’s expectations, by noise, by fear.
But right now, you are here.
And that is enough.
Let’s say it again, with intention:
This morning, I return to myself.
I choose to begin gently.
I am safe to be present with myself.
One more breath —

Let this be the anchor you carry into the rest of your day.
When the world speeds up, you can return to this quiet place within.
